Innogrant Consulting was founded in December 2006 with the following main focuses: strategy counselling for partners interested in innovation, development supporting and also acting as a contact bridge between researcher and research utilizing organizations. The vision is that Innogrant Consulting will play a market-leading role in planning and managing of national R&D and innovational projects, in strategic partnerships with innovation-oriented, technology-intensive companies and research institutes, participating in the national R&D field. The mission is to contribute actively to strengthen national research and development projects, and innovation activities, to act as a linkage between institutions concerned with innovation on the basis of partnerships, and to contribute professionally to the implementation of the partners’ significant value added, innovative development ideas. Services I. Management consultancy Within the framework of management consultancy Innogrant Consulting takes part in the elaboration of the partners' development strategy; surveys their functional environment, analyses the partner organisation's inner relations and external position, and presents suggestions to development directions. Besides this, the company ranks sand schedules the development elements, maps and assigns possible development sources, and fosters the accomplishment of developments by drawing external stakeholders into this process. II. Innovation consultancy 1. Supporting development marketing: on the one hand Innogrant Consulting evaluates the level of development and proposes solutions for moving forward. On the other hand the company connects the Clients with appropriate business partners (technology investors, licence customers, other utilizers) and if necessary contributes in contract negotiations in case of projects ready for market introduction. 2. The company also presents investment proposals for potential funders, according to the generally accepted presentation procedures. 3. Consultancy for starting and running spin-off companies: Innogrant Consulting gives advisory support for establishing new companies and early-phase running. III. PCM services According to partner’s claims for a unique development relevance in the business branch of Project-Cycle Management (PCM), Innogrant Consulting defines the object of the development, proposes the coating of organisations interested in the development, draws up the source allocations of the project and prepares the source coating in case of the strain of exterior sources (loan application, application, venture capital business offer, et cetera.).
